Not on the waterfront - only the Edgewater has that, and it would be quite illegal to build now.

At First and Union, one block south from the Pike Market. The rooms facing Elliott Bay will have water views, the other sides won't. Reportedly the hotel will be on the lower floors, high-priced condos above. Depending on the building's design, some of the views might be partly obstructed by other buildings; the west side will have the Alaska Way Viaduct (elevated freeway) between them and the waterfront.
