Looking for a good choice hotel , well located to fun and points of interest, in historic district of Savannah. Breakfast included, parking included, contemporary design. THANK YOU!

So many! How much do you want to spend? Parking and breakfast are unknowns. Sometimes rates include them, but sometimes that rate is higher than adding those things separately.

My newest favorite is the Andaz. Especially for the contemporary design, which is often NOT the case in Savannah.

I always stay on the parade route at Staybridge or Hampton during St Patrick's Day but love the rooftop bar at http://www.bohemianhotelsavannah.com/

We enjoyed the Ballastone Inn earlier this year. It meets all of your criteria (some complimentary parking spots), except perhaps contemporary décor. That said, I thought the décor was lovely.

I stayed at the Andaz last year and was unimpressed. Parking is extra and so is breakfast. The best i can say for it is that it is well located. We walked all over the Historic District and the Olde Pink House Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away.
