Hotels in Bethpage, NY?
I want to go to the U.S. Open and watch Tiger smack the living daylights out of the ball. Where can I stay in Bethpage, NY, other than camping in the park there?
|
Can't help with hotels, but the
U.S. Open is sold out.
|
I am buying tickets on e-bay, I just need a place to stay other than my car or my tent in the woods.

Don't know what kind of lodging you're looking for. In Bethpage, there's a Bethpage Motel (516 731-7000), also
Best Western Bar Harbour in Massapequa Park (516 541-2000) or Econo Lodge in Hicksville (516 433-3900) I cannot vouch for available or quality of these, but they are in or near Bethpage. Check out www.usopen.com/spectator.accomodations.html for list of more LI hotels/motels. There's also the Huntington Hilton nearby, more expensive and possibly already booked.

Try the Garden City Hotel...
Its in Garden City, NY which is about 40 mins. west from Bethpage.
|
Marriott in Uniondale?
|
Try the Wyndham Wind Watch in Hauppage but I doubt anything is available.

Isn't the USopen at the Tennis Center @ Flushing Meadows in Queens? If so, why would you need to stay in Bethpagge, LI? You can bsically stay anywhere;Queens, LI,even Manhattan. It gives you ALOT more choices

Anthony... you should be ashamed of yourself! ;-)

Anthony - What town are you from, Idiotville?? Living in Bethpage myself I can tell you that the Open has been sold out for quite some time. Hotel/Motel space is at a minimum here are completely booked. The golfers are not staying in Hotels, they have rented entire homes for the duration because of the hotel shortage. Good Luck
