Hotel near Seattle Center
 

Fodorites~I am heading to Seattle in mid November for a conference in Seattle Center.
We usually stay at the Gaslight and have stayed at the Inn at the Market as well when there. I am looking for a good hotel suggestion in the vicinity of Seattle Center so as to avoid driving. Suggestions please and about $2-250/noc

Is the Andra in close proximity?

The Andra is at least a mile from Seattle Center. The hotels within a block or two are the Inn at Queen Anne, Marqueen Hotel, and the Mediterranean Hotel--all of which should be less than $200-$250. A little farther away are Comfort Suites (600 Roy) and Homewood Suites (206 Western), and I believe there is a Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Inn within a few blocks of the Seattle Center.

If you stay downtown you can travel via the monorail from 4th and Pine, or you have several bus options. For instance, buses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 13 headed north on 3rd Avenue all stop at Seattle Center. There are also other bus options.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites Seattle Center in June and thought it was nice and convenient to the area.
