Hotel near National Gallery
 
Can anyone give me ideas about which hotels in DC are closest to the National Gallery of Art? Many thanks.

Any hotels near Chinatown/Convention Center would be close. Embassy Suites, Hotel Monaco, Red Roof Inn.

The National Gallery is pretty convenient by subway and is right on the Mall, so being "close" isn't that difficult.

The Hotel Monaco is about four (easy) blocks away from the National Gallery.
