Hotel near Baltimore's waterfront area?

My sister & I are meeting in Baltimore in Sept. and want to stay within walking distance to the harbor area...a nice room in a safe hotel, 3 stars minimum. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Marriott Renaissance is right there and very nice.

We got the Marriott Waterfront on priceline for $105 plus tax/fees for Labor Day weekend. It's a 4**** ((b))

Both the Renaissance and the Marriott Waterside are very nice hotels with great lcoations. The Marriott it a bit newer.
