Hotel le Cirque - New Orleans
 

This is a fairly new hotel, and I can't find any feedback on it. Has anyone been there? Heard any reviews?

Stayed at Hotel Le Cirque this past weekend. Really new hotel (their restaurant is still under construction) close to the St Charles Streetcar line.<BR>Watch out for the additional fees :)<BR>We booked a single queen bed room for $57/night but with parking, parking tax, energy surcharge, occupancy charges, safe charges etc, etc, our room ended up being $80+/night.<BR>Staff is really friendly and helpful. Jamie, did the hotel say why they are charging energy surcharges even though the "crisis" has passed and most hotels have dropped them? I find this odd at a new hotel.

xxx, i'm afraid i didn't really question their $3.95/night energy surcharge. they had a little sign on the front desk stating that they were doing so to offset increase in energy or something to that effect.

I thought they had free parking! I can't remember where I read that, though.

Unfortunately their parking is not free. They charge $16.95/night + $2.95/night parking tax.

I thought tax in New Orleans was 9%. I would love to see a tax breakdown of Le Cirque's parking!!!!
