Hotel Indigo Dallas
I just got home from the Grand Opening. Really cute rooms... small but nice and comfy. Nice decor in the rooms, kind of Nautica feeling. Wood floors. No bathtubs but nice showers with Aveda products. The standard room is about 109.00 supposedly, which is a good deal for that area.
I would certainly stay there over most of the yucky old hotels in that area... really.

It is in downtown, on Main @ Harwaood.

Isn't this the old Holiday Inn? It is a transitional area - not the best side of downtown for sure.

Well, I find that the location is no worse than the Westin or Adams Mark. It is also not far from the Fairmont.
Downtown Dallas is not that big...
