hotel for family 0f 6 in Disneyland
Does anyone have any feedback on any good hotels/suites to stay in around Disneyland area (California) for a family of 6? Two adults, 4 kids ages 9,7,5,and 3. Indoor pool possibly for October/November 2005.
Thanks, Pam

I used to work for the Anaheim Fairfield Inn by Marriott and most of our guests fit your family's profile. All the rooms have sleeper sofas so a room with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa would fit a family of 6. The hotel is not a typical FFI as it is 467 rooms, has a bellstaff, restaurant and cafe. Unlike most FFI, they do not offer the free continental breakfast due to the hotel's size. It is right across the street from Disney on Harbor Drive so you can walk over or they do have a shuttle. There's a McDonald's next door and the hotel has McD's room service which seems to thrill kids!

This past july we stayed in Best Western Inn and Suites, DIRECTLY across from the Disneyland entrance. Can't get any closer unless you stay at a disney resort.
All are mini-suites, two queens and a queen sofabed. Includes free breakfast. Click on my name to find my trip report for more details.
