Hotel Decision
 

This is our firt time to Maui and we are trying to decide on which hotel. Out of these five hotels how would you rate them?
Kaanapali Beach Hotel, Aston The Whaler, Aston The Mahana, Napili Bay Resort Condos, Maui Kai Condo.

if you are considering a condo, you really should consider, after researching Kaanapali Shores, I mentioned thia in your other post. You mention "hotel", not beach as a priority. Granted the beach at the Shores is not the most perfect, but the accomodations are among the best.

You also might want to include the name of the place you are interested in asking the question about in your initial message heading to get more replies. Good luck %%-!

I just got back from Maui (9 Days)last Saturday. Stay in the Kaanapali area. We stayed at the Westin Hotel and found that there are so many restaurant options that you can get to by foot, rather than driving around. Parking can be a problem in some areas. Whalers Village has a couple of good ones, Hula Grill and Leilani's. Each location has two eating establishments - a bar/grill and dining area. Have fun. Great dinner at the Italian restaurant in the Marriott as well.

Do not plan to stay at the Mahana for a peaceful vacation until they are done with the remodeling and construction project of the lobby and pool area.
