hotel at SFO?
When staying at SFO for a flight out, I usually stay at the Hyatt Regency. Does anyone have a better recommendation?
|
Better in what way? Closer? Cheaper? Bigger rooms? Better restaurants nearby?
|
I stay the Hyatt Regency a lot - none of the hotels on that strip really distinguish themselves from any of the others.
Hyatt has recently refurbished their rooms - beds are more comfortable now than they were a year ago. Marriott is also nearby - typical Marriott. Holiday Inn Express is across the st from the Hyatt. Cheaper rates, and internet is included. |
6 of 1/half dozen of the rest . . .
I always priceline since they are all about the same. |
Big fan of Priceline too. However, if you're bidding on a 4-star hotel, you could end up with Hyatt, Westin, Sheraton, or Hilton (according to http://www.hoteldealsrevealed.com/ho.../San-Francisco ). You can save a lot with Priceline but you need to be flexible somewhat.

Actually, even assuming hoteldealsrevealed is accurate, the only two 4* Priceline hotels listed at SFO are the Westin and the Sheraton. The Hyatt isn't on the list at all, and I there isn't a Hilton at SFO (there was years ago, but no longer).
