Received email alert; sub-$500 roundtrips from east coast to Honolulu, midweek travel April & May. Example $480 Newark, $380 DFW etc. Good hunting.

Just checked via Orbitz.. Newark $312, DFW $295 r/t. Go for it :)

How do I book this? On what site? I just tried Expedia for Aug and it was 699 PP. How do I get the deal? HELP!

Like pspercy indicated try April and May for a week using mid week days like Tues, Wed, Thurs :S-

Ah, can't partake then. Kids in school. Is there a better price than 699? I was a little rocked by that. Haven't paid to go to HI in decades so the fares are new to me.

On Yahoo, I saw flights from BOS to HNL for $389-$450! This was by clicking on the "My dates are flexible" button...

Flights are $294 out of Kansas City in May, that's an awesome deal, wish I could go then!!!

Just got update from travelocity.com -- from west coast to Kaua`i, from $241.20.

Travel must be completed by August 2004.

Yeah but you gotta watch these. I just saw Denver/HNL for $316. By the time I got to the final "confirm" page, it was over $700! I have been lucky and confirmed great rates but sometimes these sites (travelocity/Orbitz etc)can be very deceiving.

Just checked...Atlanta to Honolulu on Continental..departing 05/12/04 and returning on 05/26/04 prices out to $309.70. Would love to get in on this deal, but already have vacation planned for 05/28-06/07 and the boss probably would frown on such an itinerary!!
Book it if you can...

I just booked on Northwest from D.C. to Honolulu for $585 for one ticket and $650 for the other, one stop each direction. Maybe call them directly? I didn't do as well on various web sites.

Yesterday I searched with "flexible dates" on Yahoo Travel from Kansas City to both Honolulu and Maui and the prices were $295 (HNL) and around $325 (OGG). Today, out of curiousity, I looked again and they had gone up to $480 HNL and $580 OGG!!! That's quite a jump in one day. Good thing I wasn't wanting to book the tickets because I would have been really dissappointed!!

I booked a flight from Tampa to HNL on Continental for $337 leaving May 13th. If I would have left on a Mon or Tues it would have even been less...
