In your opinion :-) (I haven't been to Meadowood in years, nor to Benu, but French Laundry is overrated and overpriced by miles in my opinion).

I haven't been to Meadowood in years

I have eaten at both Ame and Meadowood within the past month. They are not comparable experiences.

And, to be clear, I don't think that is a knock on Ame. I don't think that Ame seeks to be the sort of restaurant that Meadowood or French Laundry or Benu are. They are simply different animals.

but French Laundry is overrated and overpriced by miles in my opinion

And everyone is entitled to their opinion, but we should be clear that yours is a minority opinion and that French Laundry is one of the most influential restaurants in the US in the past 20 years.

I don't mind being in the minority. My opinion is my opinion, that's all it is (and frankly, that's all anyone's is).
