Vancouver is a great city. Weather can be rainy anytime. We loved the English Bay B&B and they have a great honeymoon suite. Must visit Museum of Anthropology @ UBC and Granville Is.

In Vancouver there is a lot to do and see. I'd recommend looking for ideas on the internet, as I'm sure Vancouver would have a web site of some sort. It really depends what you like to do. Vancouver is great if you want mostly city life. If you have time catch a ferry to Vancouver Island and see Victoria. It's beautiful, historic and romantic. If you have a chance to go to Alberta, you may want to see Banff and especially Lake Louise. The Northern Rockies are breathtaking, and you will never see any place quite as picturesque as Lake Louise. I am from Western Canada, so if you need any further info, just e-mail me.
Vancouver is a wonderful city and a good locale for a honeymoon. Even better, though, would be to split your time between Vancouver and Victoria (B.C.'s capitol on Vancouver Island). To get to Victoria from Vancouver one takes a romantic ferry ride. Once there, you're in a magically romantic, very special place. The Empress Hotel in Victoria has affordable honeymoon suites. Just 25 miles up the road from Victoria is the world's most romantic small inn (so dubbed by no less than The New York Times) -- Sooke Harbour House . . . there is no better place for a honeymoon. Be sure to get one of the accommodations with hot tub. There are fresh flowers in the rooms, breakfast in bed, velvet lawns, gorgeous gardens, spectacular views and the gentle lap-lap of San Juan sound just yards from your bed.
If you are considering Toronto(and why not? It is a very romantic city complete with nightlife (theatre district) great shopping (boutiques of Yorkville) sports venues (Skydome for baseball/basketball and Maple Leaf Gardens for Hockey) and its clean.

In the fall, there are beautiful parks ablaze with colour (you may even want to check out Northern Ontario with its beautiful lodges (Deerhurst is a good one) for more autumn foiliage.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
