I have not been to the one at Columbus Circle but I prefer the Union Square market.

Grand Central is by far the smallest because it's entirely indoors (which has its advantages). If you go to Bryant Park, you would probably also have time to go to Grand Central as well since it's very close by. But I don't really have an opinion one way or another. The offerings seem very much the same to me. (I also have not visited the one at Columbus Circle.) Pick the market that is closest to your other activities to maximize your time.

Best is relative.

I think the Bryant Park location is the prettiest because of its setting in a park with trees, shops in glassed "cabins", and an ice rink in the center.

Union Square has many, many tented booths in rows and features the vibrant pulse of the neighborhood.

Grand Central is smaller and indoors, and a visit here gives you the opportunity to also see the rest of the terminal.

I haven't been to the Columbus Circle market, so can't compare.

Thanks for the help. I've been to Columbus Circle so thought I'd try others. We are staying at the Hyatt whch is close to Grand Central so maybe we can hit a couple of them. Off tomorrow for the Big Apple. Hope it stays clear as clear as weather.com says it will.
