Heavens yes! Too too many good places to eat in New Orleans.

Uglisiches is the best and coolest but only open on weekdays (as is K-Paul's, which is much more of a hole in the wall than you would expect). Bozo's is probably the next best - very unassuming.

I like Mandina's on Canal Street. It's a classic New Orleans place and the food is great. Very reasonable too.

Muffalettas...the ones at the Napoleon House are better than the "famous" Central Grocery ones to me...R&O's is good too.

The quintessential "hole in the wall" is Mosca's but it's so far out and there's always a wait but if you have time it might be worth it.

One of my very favorite places is Angelo Bracatos. Italian Ice cream, cannolis, espresso...very delish. It's in Mid-City...Just around the corner from where my former boyfriend lived.

Oh oh oh...and if you don't mind going over by the projects there's Dooky Chase's in Treme. Much more elegant inside than outside and good old fashioned Creole food.

Bon Apetite and Lassiz Les Bon Temps Roulez!
