Just curious, what is HMHF? In any case, without knowing the nature of your problem A few thoughts. If you can make the issue more public you might get a better response. Some options.. write them again, and CC the Better Business Bureau or a local regulatory agency. Write a letter to a local paper's problem solving department (in Boston we have Ask the Globe which seems to help people solve problems like this). If its a travel related problem you might be able to write Conde Naste. Their magazine has a travel problems column where they help out people getting refunds and such. And of course, you can always try getting a lawyer to write them a letter, on legal letterhead. Even if it just repeats what your original letter said you might get more of a rise out of them.

Hamilton Miller Hudson & Fayne, a travel charter sevice. We got to the airport (5 adults, 3 small children, of Sat. for a 4:00 flight, only to be told there was NO plane! Many untruths later and several delays etc. etc., we ended up leaving the next day on a ramshackle plane that they needed duct tape (I kid you not) to close the overhead compartments with!) Because of the delaly, we missed our first day which cost us over 300.00. There's more...we were given travel vouchers upon our return with restrictions (of course). Thanks for replying...I just called them again...had to leave a message...of course!

HMHF is awful and they do this type of things at least once a week and the owners really don't care. Sorry you had to experience this problem, but now you will know not to book them again. Charters do not have to follow the same rules as regular airlines. Another airline would have been able to put you on another flight or another airline or they would be able to find a plane faster because they have more planes than a company like HMHF.
