I've taken quite a few in Indiana and Illinois. Chicago has several in itself.

However, these are very large areas - which sections, cities, towns are you specifically visiting?

it is for some clients of mine and they do not know
what cities they are just wanting to see as many historical
homes as possible.

David Davis Mansion in Bloomington, IL About an hour from Springfield, and can also be part of a "Route 66" experience. The Mansion is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. David Davis was a good friend of Lincoln's. www.daviddavismansion.org
