Hilton Netherland Cincinnati

Has anyone here stayed at this hotel lately? And if so how was it. I'd sure appreciate any info.

It is fine, but it is an older hotel. There are probably better/cheaper options on the same block. I know there is a Hyatt, & a Millenium property as well.

If it's not too late, The Netherlands Hilton is a wonderfully restored Art Deco hotel in downtown Cincinnati. To give you an idea of scale, it used to have an indoors skating rink! Classy hotel on a grand scale. Many of the very upscale Cincinnati wedding receptions are held there. You can find newer hotels, sure, but without the beautiful architecture and ambiance.

I stayed there several times, most recently about a month ago. It is a wonderful building, however as an older hotel, some of the rooms can be small by current standards.

It's a fantastic hotel. And while there are a few smaller rooms - many of them are huge. The public areas are beautiful - in a way you would never see today - and it's definitely very upscale. much more atmospheric than many of the newer cookie-cutter hotels.

It is a classic.

Just a +1 on everything already said. A gorgeous and gracious old hotel. The room I was in last fall had a gorgeous view and the staff was completely lovely.

It's ok; nothing more, nothing less. Hyatt around the corner is more up to date.
