Hilton midwest - west coast

I am looking to use points at a Hilton from the midwest to the west coast within the U.S.

We are two families trying to meet and we are open to suggestions. We have young kids (10-15) boys and girls. We all enjoy the beach and are pretty active (boating, fishing, sports). We would love a beach but if that is not possible a VERY nice pool will do.

We are looking at the first week in July....

Thanks!!

Midwest to the west coast covers a lot of territory. Please be more specific about geographic locations, including departing cities. It really does help to give as much information as possible.

Waterfront Hilton near Huntington BEach, California.....or look at San Diego. Are the points only for Hilton Hotels or can you book Hampton Inns, Hilton Garden Inns etc? There's a nice Hilton Garden Inn near Carlsbad California.

Hampton Inn by Hilton in Glenwood Springs Colorado. It is within easy walking distance of the world's largest hot spring fed swimming pool. The kids would also like the Glenwood Caverns and the gondola ride up to them. Also Vapor Caves.
The Glenwood Canyon east of town is very scenic.
Glenwood Springs is only 41 miles from Aspen. Closest major airport is Denver. GSC is also an Amtrak stop on the California Zephyr.
