Hiking in eastern Washington

We enjoy hiking and want to tour the eastern part of Washington state - any suggestions?

The information you want is contained in 100 HIKES IN THE INLAND NORTHWEST: Eastern Washington, Northern Rockies, Wallowas, 2nd Edition. It is published by The Mountaineers, and may be available in your local library.

Two great sites to search trails are www.nwhikers.net and www.wta.org. You did not mention which part of eastern WA. It is a huge area so you may want to narrow it down a bit.
