The web page for Sperry & Granite Park Chalets in Glacier National Park www.sperrychalet.com indicates that they are completely full thru end of season at Sperry and only have openings on Sept 4,5 & 6 at Granite.
You need to call LeConte for availability at 865-429-5704.

Yes I know Glacier Natl Park is in the Rockies and Yosemite is in the Sierras. I was hoping to find some other hike in lodges in those ranges.

I have been to all of them except Skoki.
Do you have any specific questions I can answer. I have been the most to Twin Falls. I will tell you now that it is rustic with no electricity or running water. Cooking is over a wood stove and you sleep in a sleeping bag on a foam pad.

Not a place for everybody!!
But, I have been there at least 5 times. I think I may have lost count; could be 6.

I just received an announcement for a new one in the Sierras, just outside Sequoia National Park:
www.SequoiaHighSierraCamp.com

Pricy---$225 per person a day, but that includes meals. The hike in is either 1.5 miles, or 11 miles, depending where you start.
