Not specifically, but there are literally hundreds of them on www.vrbo.com.
Maggie Valley has many with high views.
Also I'm not sure about views, but this place seems too quaint for words:

Beech Mountain is the highest town in the eastern US. There are some beautiful views. The photos linked above are from 2002. We went to Banner Elk for the Wooly Worm festival and decided to try to find the old Land of Oz theme park on Beech Mtn, and we did! Anyway, the views are spectacular, as you can see. If the weather is clear, of course.
