help with priceline

I have never used priceline for a hotel reservation, because we always need 2 connecting rooms. When I tried priceline it seemed like I could book 2 rooms, but there was no way to request connecting. Am I correct, or is there a way to make this reservation thru priceline? Thanks for any help!

You are right - you can't specify adjoining rooms with PL. Your only hope is to book two rooms, then call the hotel after your successful reservation and request that they be adjoining. They may or may not honor your request, depending on their policies and how full they are.

If you *MUST* have connecting rooms, don't use Priceline!

Be VERY careful of Priceline. After a nice ski trip to Utah, my husband booked for my daughter and myself what he thought was a very nice hotel because we were flying home and he was going on to Colorado for business.
Priceline gave this hotel either 3 or 4 stars. The hotel looked wonderful from the outside, but the rooms were downright depressing and dirty.
I know some people have good luck with Priceline, but I've heard from enough people that have had the same experience we did, that I will not use them again.

Those of us who have "good luck" with Priceline do a LOT of research first, including going to sites like biddingfortravel.com and researching the reputations of the hotels that PL awards for each rating and zone before we bid.

As Andrew has pointed out, you can't specify adjoining rooms on a PL bid, so it's not suitable for the OP anyway.

I agree with Anonymous - I've had lots of good experiences with Priceline, which I attribute to good research before bidding.
