Help with O'Hare Airport Hotel
 

My husband is doing business in downtown Chicago for 1 day & is flying home very early the next morning from O'Hare. Can anyone suggest a hotel that is cloes to the airport & easy to get to from downtown? He looked at The Hilton O'Hare, but the price is to high. He wants to spend about 100.00 . Please help if you can. Thanks a million!!

Almost every hotel chain has a hotel at or near O'Hare (try Holiday Inn if budget is a priority). They will all have transportation to the airport. If your husband isn't renting a car, there are L stops (the train that runs to and from the city) near most of the hotels. You can't beat the Hilton for convenience, though. It's literally in the airport.

I would try Travlocity or Expedia or one of the disounters to see if I could get a cheap price at the Hilton. It's unglamorous and dull, but it's close.

Might try the Ramada O'Hare. Big property. $100 might be tough, this is the big city ya know.

Now he could come out to the burbs and meet that price. Look at Elk Grove Village. Most hotels there have complimentary transportation from O'hare but getting downtown will be a new challenge.

Hotels on Priceline out at O'Hare are usually much less than $100 per night. Check out www.biddingfortravel.com for what people are paying and what hotels they are getting.
