Wow, what an ambitious itinerary! You'll be exhausted at the end of your vacation. I wholeheartedly agree with the advice about giving yourselves plenty of time at the Polynesian Cultural Center. You really need a complete day there. Other than that, have fun! Just thinking about all of those sites you'll be seeing brings back fond memories of being there last year.
