help with Marigny location
 

I was hoping someone could tell me a little more about this location, I've heard some streets are better than others in Marigny.

This is the corner of Marigny and burgundy streets with the nearest cross streets being Ellysian Fields and St. Claude Avenue.
It is an airbnb we are looking at renting.

My reply may come too late, but I will be in New Orleans tomorrow for a few days and will try to remember to ride in that area. If I recall from previous visits, the area near Rampart and St Charles is not as desirable, but that may have changed.
