Help with Hotel in Sonom/Napa
 
I am planning a 50th birthday surprise for my husband. Have looked into the Silverado Mansion- they have a special 3 day 2 night stay with dinner, spa treatments, breakfast all inclusive...Any other suggestions??? 1st time Napa visitors. Thanx for your help.

Actually, I looked at the Silverado web site and it looked pretty nice. Others have also recommended the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, which looks like it might be a bit more posh. It also has several packages available.

If your husband likes golf, then Silverado is the place. Sonoma Mission Inn is a fabulous spa and a great home base for touring all the wine regions. In the Napa Valley the exclusive resort is Meadowood in St. Helena.
