Help with Big Island Condo
 

I've been on the site many times and have answered many questions to others now I need some advice. I"ve been going to the Islands every Thanksgiving for the past 10 years and every year my wife and I change up the Islands. This year we are going back to the Big Island but can't seem to zero in on a condo.A couple of years ago we stayed at Mauna Lani Point and it was great but I was looking to change. I am looking for oceanfront or "very good oceanview." It seems that all the oceanfront condos in Kona I've looked at seem awfully old. Does anyone know of anything new or fairly new on the island that are oceanfront?
I know Kohala is the place to stay but if I can find a very nice condo in Kona I'll do that.

By the way a few of you wanted to know about Whaler's Cove in Kauai.I posted the info to the original post,but all I can say: "It's to die for" !!!!!

You might try Konaweb.com and ask some of those folks. There's one forum for people travelling to the BI and another one for people who want to move there. The regular posters seem to know the place very well and can make good recommendations.
