I am going to boston in may on a saturday and I want to see the jays vs the red sox.I tried to call for tix in advance from their 1-877-redsox9 ph# but it wouldnt work for me because I'm in canada. Is this a game that you would think would sell out?Is their scalpers in front of fenway?Do they charge too much?Thx in advance.

Try this:
http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/NASApp/...m=5&y=2004

There seem to be some seats available, but you must hurry.

Also try: http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/NASApp/...eting_info.jsp

Scroll down and click on "Red Sox Replay" where season ticket holders sell tickets to games they don't attend.

Last I heard, all games sell out.

Yes, there are scalpers in front of Fenway.

You could also try E-Bay.

If you cannot reach that toll free number, here's another: (617) 482-4SOX for 24-hour touchtone ticketing.

Recommend printing out the seating chart at the Red Sox website.

Tickets are still available for SOME games at the Red Sox website MLB.com. and yes, you can get tickets from scalpers. Saw ALOT of them when I got off the commuter train that I took to the stadium. Maybe they hang out there to avoid the cops! Wear a "1918" tshirt and you'll meet lots of the Red Sox nation!!
