Regarding the Caribbean - If you are a US citizen you'll find it infinitely easier to relocate to Puerto Rico, Vieques, Culebra or one of the USVI's as you'll already have resident and work status on those islands.
Relocating to any other island is not as easy - you cannot just show up one day and expect to live on any particular island. Instead you will be immigrating to a foreign country and each country (island) has it's own set of rules. Residency usually requires substantial investment in real estate or in a business that provides jobs for locals and you will not be allowed to work without a Work permit which are often very difficult to get.
FYI - tennis is not a major sport in the Caribbean as it's extremely hot/humid for most of the year. It is mostly played just by visiting tourists - not much in the way of tennis schools or competitive play on most islands.
