What route would you recommend taking if a person is flying into Salt Lake City and driving down to Torrey, Utah as a first stop when visiting all the wonderful sites? Any traveling times and/or mileage differences would be helpful too, as far as scenic route and highway. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would take I-15 to Seipio and then get on Highway 50. It's about 215 miles and takes 3 3/4 to 4 hours or driving.

I agree with happytrailstoyou's route & info. Just want to add as you are driving south on Hwy 50, take Hwy 24 just before you reach Salina and that will take you right to Torrey.

That's how I drive down when I go. Yes, it will take you about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. Add some time if you are going during evening rush hour. There are several miles of major road construction around the Provo area that will add some time then.

That would be Scipio. And before you hit Salina follow the signs to Aurora. It cuts out a little chunk of the triangle.
You might stop in Bicknell at the Sunglow Cafe for dinner.
