Thank you, I will take your advice. I'm going to streamline my trip to make it north to Moab, and catch the GC on the south side.

Our family went to all of the Redwood Parks in April two years ago. We had a wonderful time and found ourselves to be the only people around a lot of the time. The Redwoods are amazing! There were only a few places we could not visit due to the time of year (Fern Canyon). I highly recommend the Redwoods! There is a motel in Crescent City made out of a single tree.
