Help needed - Free Concerts DC

Will be in DC from 8/31 to 9/5. Which of the free concerts do you recommend and what is the Netherlands Carillon and what type of concert do they have there? Thanks a ton!

The Netherlands Carillon is a set of 50 bells given to the US by the people of The Netherlands after WWII. They're located adjacent to the Iwo Jima Memorial in Arlington.

From what I read, the bells are automatically rung at noon and 6pm, in additional to the hour strikes.

Thanks. I was on a web page that listed free summer concerts and it said that there is a concert at the Netherlands Carillon from 2-4 on Saturdays in September. I was trying to figure out what that was about.
