Help - need Oahu condo
Does anyone know of a nice condo that can sleep 4-6 on Oahu from 12/21/05 - 12/31/05? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The Ilikai are is a hotel that has condo-style rooms. I don't know how booked they are, which may be a problem for many places you may try to get. That is very on-season for Hawaii--people book Dec months in advance.

Pretty short notice to try to find anything available now.
You can try this site to compare condos. If you find one you like, you can probably get better rates that the ones listed. http://www.hawaii-hotels.com/oahucon.htm Also: www.vrbo.com www.turtlebaycondos.com |
Mooshi, any particular area of Oahu? Honolulu? No. Shore? Easier to make suggestions if that's known. Aloha!

Hi Mooshi.
I haven’t been to Hawaii yet, but I’ve been doing some research because I’m going to Oahu with my family in March. Hotels in Waikiki which have two bedroom suites are: Ewa Hotel Waikiki, Honolulu Prince (Aston), Ilima Hotel, Imperial Hawaii Resort, Marc Suites Waikiki, Marc Waikiki Royal Suites, Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki Hotel, Waikiki Beach Tower (Aston), Waikiki Shore, and Waikiki Sunset (Aston). I got the above information from the “Oahu Revealed” book. If you are on a budget, the Ilima Hotel is one that the book recommends. Although it is not beach front. A slightly nicer hotel is probably the Waikiki Sunset (Aston), which is not beach front but is a much taller hotel. Waikiki Beach Tower (Aston) is really nice according to the book, and it is beach front. But it’s pretty expensive. It might really help to stop by at a Barnes & Noble and check out the “Oahu Revealed” book. You don’t have to buy it, just flip through the pages on where to stay in Oahu. There is a password on the “Where to Stay” section that lets you access this information on their website. The book shows aerial photos of the hotels so it really helps. Although buying the book is also a good idea, because it’s worth it and it will help you during your stay in Oahu. Once you know where you want to stay, checking orbitz or expedia might be a good idea. |
Single dorm room in downtown Honolulu for $10/day. Could rent other rooms nearby for $17/day
