Help! Need hotel in Ft. Lauderdale area for this weekend!
 

I am staying in Ft, Lauderdale / Hollywood area this coming weekend. Based on reviews, it's hard to tell what hotel to stay at. Does anyone know anything about any of these hotels?<BR>Premiere Hotel Ft. Lauderdale<BR>Holiday Inn I-95<BR>Comfort Suites Airport & Port<BR>Howard Johnson Hollywood Beach<BR>Ocean Manor Resort<BR>Any help would be greatly appreciated as time is of the essence!

Well, obviously, you've waited until the last possible minute to plan. The question is not only where you'll wind up stayin, but what you'll be paying for it.

FYI I got rates on all of the mentioned hotels and they are all about $50 - $55 a night. So I'm not worried about price or booking last minute, I'm worried about booking a place that I'll want to leave after checking in!

Then go to the brand new Westin Diplomat in Hollywood. Beautiful, high-tech structure--and you WON'T want to leave (a bit more expensive than $55, though!).

Go to lodging.com and there you will find some discounts, some pictures also of the property.
