Help! Key West accomodation for 7 including private pool and parking?

Hi again helpful people!

Trying to find reasonable self catering accommodation (preferably a house?) for 7 guests including a toddler - very keen for:

3 bedrooms
private pool (no matter how small!) parking
within walking distance to duval street

Have been researching and finding quite difficult (seems many are geared for up to 6 guests!) All suggestions welcome?

Sorry for the third reply but there are more homes there for 7 or eight but price goes up. I thought if it was a toddler he could sleep on an air mattress or a pile of blankets on the parents floor. I always tell people this area because they have parking, it is a beautiful area and close to everything so you don't have to drive. Eaton bikes will deliver bikes to you to rent.

I completely agree about toddler on an air bed or the likes- its my daughter so we are the parents and totally happy to do this, only problem is i see alot of places specifying "6 guests maximum to include infants" or "remember an infant counts as a guest" ....which i thought was a bit tricky? Otherwise we could hire a place for 6 no sweat!?

you are booking for 6 adults and the baby shouldn't count... most rentals won't charge for the baby...

I agree with Truman Annex... they are cottage style homes in a great location, many with pools...

UNLESS they specifically say infants count like the examples sazcc described.

Just call them, they are rental agents for all the people that own these condos and sure it will be ok. Very easy to work with. My friend used them last Christmas.
I looked at some other places for you but no pool. We use Navy Lodging and always ride through Truman annex going back and forth to the Navy beach on our bikes. We stay at Trumbo by the coast guard base but Truman annex is still my favorite part of the island. The Truman White House is there and you can see all the ships come in and out.

Thanks flpab, after some thought we decided a pool could be a little hazardous with a toddler so instead we'd like a hot tub (which I see many have) with access to a scared pool.

I'm considering "family house" which I believe is in or very bear to the Truman annex area if you are familiar or know of similar? It's only 5 adults now and 1 child.

I will aim to call the venue to book and discuss once we decide....just have to get my timings right as we're in Ireland!! :)

I can tell you that we had a nice family gathering several Thanksgivings ago renting a house on Cudjoe Island. We had eight adults and one tiny tot. Four bedrooms, nice pool, located on waterway. Listing agent: Jim Smith 305 304-2433. Not so far into Key West which we explored.
