Help in choosing between 2 Chandler, AZ hotels

I'm going to visiting family in Chandler for the first time and am looking for a hotel recommendation. A suite with a separate living room would be nice for visiting and wondered about the Courtyard by Marriott and the Residence Inn (both in Chandler and near my son's house).

Any reactions to these two or another recommendation?

Thanks

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Chandler for 3 nights in April. It is new with very bright accommodations, great breakfast, evening snack, laundry facilities, ample of parking space, swiming pool, near supermarkets, car wash, highways near buy, and the most important the staff of this Residence Inn was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed this place and would stay there again.

Thanks Z. Great feedback. Did it feel noisy or crowded being next to a mall?

We didn't even notice a mall. It is across the road. We never went to this mall so I don't know whether it is crowded or not. The Residence Inn is a very quiet place. We even kept our window open. You could ask for a quiet room on a second floor and away from any traffic. It was a great place to stay
