Help getting from Maui to Kauai and back
 

Marion 2 back again and nervous. Just checked what I could find on island to island travel and freaked. If I understand correctly there is only one way to get from Maui to Kauai and that is by air...either HA or Go. Go is posting at $80 each way and HA at $165 each way. Correct? How reliable is Go? I am getting the feeling that I had better book the flights ASAP for mid March from Maui to Kauai and a late March return. Our flights are in and out of Maui. Help!

go! is okay, but I'd never fly them again on philosophical grounds as their price war lead to the downfall of my favorite airline, Aloha.

Try Island Air. They have nonstop flight from OGG to LIH for about $80.00 each way.

That's quite a price difference and they'd probably be okay. But my sister and brother-in-law mentioned Go while we were there, and have some not-so-great stories, so they stick with Hawaiian.

I am sorry that Aloha is no longer around since you all favored them. However, I still have to get back and forth. Can you be more specific about the problems with Go. I hate to spend twice as much if I don't have to. I will check on Island Air. Any feedback on them? Thanks.
