Help! Cheapest way to get from hotel in SoBe to FLL?
 

Hi,

I am wondering what the easiest and cheapest way would be for me to get from a hotel (with no shuttle service that I know of) in South Beach to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale? Are there shuttle services available? Buses? Or is a taxi the only way to go?

Any advise would be appreciated, thanks!

Tri Rail. Go to www.Tri-Rail.com and I think the fare is $2-$3.

For door-to-door service, you could try the Super Shuttle (try supershuttle.com). But they charge per person, so if you have 2 or more, taxi might be about the same. Otherwise, i agree with GoTravel about the Tri-rail train. You'd have to take a bus from the train station to the airport.

Cheapest or easiest? The two are far apart.

Cheapest is hands down the tri-rail but you have to schlep your luggage from train to city bus.

Easiest is a cab. Load your luggage, sit back, enjoy the ride.
