Tom, I would by far recommend Jack Harter helicopters. And go ahead and spring for the 90 minute flight. 60 minutes is just a tease and leaves you wanting more. The windows open, which is great for taking pictures. The pilot was very informative. We had four people, so it was like our own little charter. They had two-way radios so we could talk to the pilot and ask to to hover a little longer here or go a bit closer there. They also have clearance to go close up (not all companies do) - a couple times, it was like I could reach out and touch the walls of the cliffs! On the shorter flights, the pilots just whiz by. As we we hovering very close to a waterfall, I saw Safari go whizzing by way far up. I did my research and Jack Harter has an excellent safety record. Very personable people, too. I don't think you'll be disappointed. A helicopter trip is a "must do" on Kauai - don't settle for a chintzy outfit! (by the way: CAPITAL LETTERS ARE LIKE SCREAMING AT SOMEONE!!!)
