Has anybody been to the Heartbreak Hotel?<BR>Heartbroken Elvis Fan

There's one on Duval Street in Key West.

If it's an Elvis fix you want, I suggest you get it at Graceland and not at the Heartbreak Hotel. It's not in a very good part of town. And to Keys Local: thanks for the info on the one on Duval...I'd never heard of it!

The Heartbreak Hotel in Key West is a VERY gay friendly.

Haven't stayed at the Heartbreak Hotel in Memphis, but drove by it on the way to and from Graceland. Looks pretty lousy... just like a gaudily painted Motel 6 with the famous name to draw in unsuspecting Elvis aficianados, surrounded by stripmalls with Elvis souvenir shops all selling the same cheap trinkets. When in Memphis, I'm confident that you can find better lodging to your liking.
