What is the best route to take from San Francisco to Healdsburg in order to visit some wineries and also see great scenery...Napa or Sonoma?

You could head over to the Napa Valley. Then continue up the valley on Hwy 29/128 thru Calistoga and the Alexander Valley. This will end up just north of Healdsburg. Too many wineries to name.

If it's a round trip, drive up the Sonoma valley for a while then cross over to the Napa valley and head south...or reverse.

You can't go wrong no matter which you choose.
