The waterfall seen from the floor of the Waipio Valley on the Big Island [Hawaii].....would have to look up the name...but it one of the longest falls in the islands.

Waimoku Falls on Maui. The trailhead is at the Seven Sacred Pools.

I've only been to Maui and Kauai but also put in a vote for Waimoku Falls.

Is Sacred Falls still closed?

Puohokamoa (upper) Falls on the Road to Hana, because its got a great pool to swim in, and an easy trail to the top where the height is just perfect (for me) for jumping in! Its about 40 feet.
Cool spot.

Manaowaipuna falls on Kauai. AKA "Jurassic Park" falls.

Sacred falls is still closed, and doesn't seem as if it will open anytime soon, if ever. (For those unfamiliar, 8 people died on Mother's day a few years back when the rocks above came down)
