Hawaiian Airlines

Has anybody had any problem's with Hawaiian Airlines staff being rude on the phone??
I booked my tickets online, but everytime I've called to ask a question, they've been very rude, and unhelpful! I hope the whole experience is not like this. I leave for Maui, tomorrow 9:00am!

Alohaaaa,
I've been dealing with HA for years and have never had this type of problem with them.

The service on the plane has always been very good, too.
Maybe the person was having a bad day? Unprofessional but....they are only human, too.

We fly only Hawaiian whenever possible -- great service on board, at the desk, and on the phone at all times.

I have had nothing but good experience with them- I have a daughter who gets very anxious about flying- when she checked in she told them how nervous she was - and they put her in first class with a bottle of champagne for her and travelling companion -

Actually just the opposite. They were quite friendly and helpful my trip in February. I also booked online but still needed a seat assignement. Both directions they were willing and able to give me an aisle seat ahead of airport check-in (which is more than I can say for a couple other larger carriers I deal with).
