Hawaii vacation
Im thinking of going to Hawaii next year...wondering those of you that have been--cruise, or stay on islands. I've never been there and want to see as much as possible and am thinking of a cruise...any input would be appreciated...thanks

For a first-timer the best advice is NOT to go on a cruise. You wont see much of the island(s) this way. Cruises give you a nice twist of perspective after you've already been here a few times, but by all means, stay put on an island or two (depending on how much time you have). That way you'll have the time to go beyond the typical tourist traps that the cruise line excursions will take you to!
I've taken 4 land based trips and one cruise to Hawaii (I took the cruise after the 4 other trips). It really depends on your definition of "see as much as possible". If by that you mean that you want an in depth Hawaiian experience, you won't find that on a cruise. If you just mean that you want a glimpse of as many islands as possible in as short of an amount of time as possible, then go on the cruise. I did the cruise because I like cruising and it gave me a chance to re-visit some favorite spots.

so is your name and email really F U nonsmoker, piss u off? Do you really hate us non smokers so much?

Don't go on a cruise around the islands. On a cruise you don't see enough of anything. Pick a couple of islands and see the good stuff there. Try Maui and Kauai.

Hey x, maybe his name is really fun on smoker, and he gets his jollies by doing the dirty on his barbecue outside his trailer?
