Hawaii Supreme court Rules Against Superferry

Hawaii can use a ferry system, but one that operates within the law.

i won't ever take the Superferry because of the way they operate. Nothing but sweetheart deals to allow them to operate & with very little concern for the environment.

KGMB TV just announced that Superferry is ceasing operations indefinitely while they sort out their options. They plan one more trip to Maui to take passengers back to Maui & to pick up passengers to Oahu.

You would have to ship it via one of the various companies--Matson, Pasha or Horizon. Superferry no longer operates in Hawaii at all.

Now, can you get the court to do something to permanently eliminate the "vog" from the BI as well?????
