San Souci in Washington, D.C. was very upscale when we were there too. We never saw waiters on skates and it didn't seem like it would lend itself to that. Wonder if and when it changed. I do know they closed.

Jim <BR>There is a restaurant called Illusions that has close hand magic at your table after dinner. It was located in a town in central IN.

Try Il Laboratorio del Galileo in Wash. D.C. They have a glass kitchen in the middle of the dinning room where chefs come to train.

Jim, I have one for you. It's Chido's Tavern in Homestead, PA. They have a mystery sandwich each day that get the word out and hundreds of brassieres handing from the ceiling.
