Has Montmartre moved?
 

Thanks to a Fodor's forum recommendation, I had a very good lunch at Montmartre restaurant a while back. I thought I had heard that it had moved, but the 2011 Fodor's Washington guide still has it listed at Eastern Market. However, Insider's Washington says it's moved to Dupont Circle. Nothing on the web supports Insiders, but I found a couple of places where the Fodor's guide wasn't properly updated, so I thought I'd ask.

The restaurant's own website still shows the Eastern Market location, so I'd go with that

I walk past there to get my hair done. It was there 5 weeks ago. I go back Thursday, so I'll check again.

I think I found an online version of the page from Insider's Washington that you are talking about. They list 2002 P St NW as the "Montmartre" location. I think they might have meant Montsouris because that came up when I googled the address. Now Pesce is in that spot.

If it was there five weeks ago seems that Insider's is wrong, given a 2010 copyright date. Thanks!
