Has anyone stayed at the Hill House Seattle?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Seattle Hill House. The website looks great and I have been emailing the owner who seems super friendly ... but I just want to get some more reviews.

Thanks

Suze,

We are talking your neighborhood - Capital Hill. It is on E. John between 11th and 12th ... but I didn't put the location because I was hoping to find people who have actually stayed there.

If you recall, I am the same person who recently stayed at the Foxglove. So I know the location is great. (I will be returning in a few months and the Foxglove is booked)

Thanks

Nope~but on Capital Hill, we have stayed at The Gaslight several times and loved it.

I was going to volunteer to walk by, is all. I've never heard of it or seen anything about it posted that I can recall. I'll look at their website and see if it rings a bell.

And yes, thank you, I've filed away your positive comments about Foxglove in my memory bank for future use!

Drove by last night on my way home from work. It's actually two homes side-by-side (1113 & 1119). They are right on E. John Street (very good location but a busy street). Homes were very well kept and looked cute.

Thanks, suze

I was seriously considering the 11th Ave Inn too, but he only had 1 room available for my dates - and I didn't like the look of the room (from the pic)

I'll be getting one of the new rooms at this b&b and a private bath with a tub - so that is a plus.

I'll report when I get back - but it won't be until the end of September. (Good thing I am booking now though! I didn't realize that it is still busy through October, but apparently so)

If anyone else has something to add about this b&b, please feel free.
